The tender for two municipal plots on Camino de Cortes for the construction of 199 social housing units (160 + 39) has now been published, prioritising in the award the lowest final price for future buyers.

Interested entities can submit their proposals until 8 June.

In parallel, the Town Council has approved:

• The licence rebate for building 117 new social housing (VPO) units on Camino de Cortes (84 + 33 homes)
• The compatibility of use of 36 municipal plots for social housing, which would allow up to 738 homes in different parts of the municipality

• These actions are joined by other projects under way:
• 300 social housing (VPO) units on Camino de Monterroso
• 800 social housing (VPO) units in Guadalobón and Arroyo Vaquero
• Transfer of 6 plots to the Spanish Government for 109 homes
