We mayors of the Costa del Sol and Málaga have once again called today on the Spanish Government to urgently address the arrival of the train to the municipalities of this area and the Campo de Gibraltar.

Estepona and the Costa del Sol are growing and progressing, but we still have no rail connection, which would open up opportunities that other territories such as Catalonia, Madrid or the Basque Country now have.

To the lack of a train we add two further grievances: the Costa del Sol pays the most expensive toll in Spain and its citizens suffer every day having to travel on a completely congested motorway.
