Estepona cannot keep waiting while the A-7 grinds to a halt and thousands of residents and visitors suffer traffic problems every day on the approaches to the town.

In 2024, the Ministry of Transport committed to Mayor José María García Urbano to study the feasibility of a new access from the A-7 via La Lobilla or the Cuesta de Ronda, as the mayor proposed.

Today, two years later, we are still waiting.
The Town Council has requested information repeatedly. No response.

The Town Council is willing to bear the cost of the project and of carrying out the works, once the central government authorises the project.
