Estepona keeps moving forward with action: more light, more efficiency and more services

The Town Council continues to improve public lighting, especially in the outlying areas, with a new project worth more than half a million euros that will allow 465 new light fittings to be installed.

  • 325 solar street lamps on various roads and sites in the outskirts.
  • 140 new light fittings in Montejaque, Lima and avenida de La Resina.

An investment that bets on more modern, efficient and sustainable lighting, improving residents’ quality of life and reducing energy consumption.

And the commitment continues across the whole city:

138 new street lamps to improve seven sections of the coastal corridor.

350 LED light fittings have already replaced the old sodium vapour ones in six public parks.

We continue transforming Estepona with investments that translate into real improvements for our neighbours.

Because governing is also about listening, investing and continuing to improve every corner of our city.
