The Town Council strengthens the Local Police with 7 new officers and plans to add another 17 in upcoming calls

Today 7 new Local Police officers have taken up their posts. They thus join the force of the Headquarters, which has been strengthened through various public job offers in recent years until reaching 60 posts filled since 2011.
The Town Council currently has two further public recruitment calls open, which will bring another 17 officers into the Local Police force.
Since 2011 the Town Council has been approving public job offers with Local Police posts with the idea of strengthening the police force through various public calls. The 2026 Municipal Budget provides for new posts.
