Estepona Town Council is moving forward with 199 new social housing (VPO) homes in Camino de Cortes Norte, with a priority aim: to make it possible for future buyers to access them at the lowest possible price.

• What is planned?
• 160 VPO on one of the plots.
• 39 VPO on the second plot.

And it doesn’t end here. The Town Council is also processing the building licence for another 117 VPO in this same area.

More protected housing and more opportunities for the people of Estepona to access a home.
