The €132 million Municipal Budget comes into force: a new historic cut in IBI and record investment in Estepona

On 1 January the new Municipal Budget came into force, amounting to 132 million euros, which provides for the second year running the biggest cut in the Property Tax (IBI) in its history; specifically, 20% less on average for households registered in the city.
In this way, as already happened in 2025, this year too the IBI bill will arrive with a reduction.
The Town Council is also facing the new financial year with solvency and a record budget for productive investment, reaching 27.7 million euros, which represents 20.93% of the total budget.
